2009 ITPC Summit Update
Held on March 4, 2009 from 10am to 4pm at The I-Hotel Conference Center, the ITPC Planning Summit brought together select technical and functional personnel from across the University of Illinois.
Note: The membership of the cross-functional group must contain 50% campus representatives and also have representation from each campus. The current voting membership breakdown is 7 (54%) campus representatives and 6 UA representatives.
Below is the current meeting schedule for each respective committee. This information will be updated as new meetings are scheduled or if any rescheduling occurs.
What types of projects need to go through the priorities process?
Any project that involves resources from a University Administration unit, or campus based unit that plans to offer an administrative system for the entire campus.
Any project that will interface with an Enterprise system.
Any project that is administrative in nature, and wishes to utilize funding from the central pool of administrative IT dollars allocated by AAMT.
How are cost estimates developed?
Cost estimates are based on a time and materials model.
