Quarterly Standard Project Review Dates.

Review process for Standard Project Proposals - Projects under $250,000 in requested funding and 5,000 effort hours.

 

ITPC Quarterly Meeting for Standard Project Selection8/26/09, 12/02/09, 2/24/10, 5/26/10
Final prioritized package of project proposals due from ITPC Cross-functional Group 10 business days prior to ITPC meeting.

 

Annual Large Project Review Dates

Review process for Standard Project Proposals - Projects exceeding $250,000 or 5,000 hours of effort.

 

2/1/10Deadline to submit large project proposals for FY 2010 consideration. Fill out the template and email it to ITPC@uillinois.edu.
2/28/10Deadline for each ITPC subcommittee to provide ITPC with its prioritized list of large project proposals for FY2010.
3/31/10ITPC Annual Planning Meeting for Large Project Selection.
4/2/10ITPC provides AAMT with the package of large projects for FY2010. If applicable, ITPC will also forward to AAMT a request for separate funding for projects deemed very valuable along with their priority ranking for which ITPC funding is not available.
April - MayAAMT is requested to review and approve this project package as well as review any separate requests for funding other larger projects.
